Shipping & Delivery

We bring your order to your door and you pay when it arrives. Here’s how it works.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $5.00 per order, however many pieces you buy.
Orders of $75.00 or more (before shipping) ship free.
Either way, you’ll always see the shipping charge at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
Once we have your order, we’ll confirm the delivery date with you by phone or email.
If you need your order by a particular day, tell us and we’ll let you know whether it’s possible.
Where we deliver
We’re based in Tripoli, Lebanon. Enter your delivery address at checkout, and if you’re not sure whether we deliver to your area, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know.
Paying on delivery
We take cash on delivery, so you pay when your order arrives. If you have a gift card, enter its code at checkout and its balance will be taken off your order.
When your order arrives
Please make sure the phone number you give at checkout is one we can reach you on — we use it to arrange delivery.
Take a quick look at your pieces when they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out with you.
