You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, and the return is free.
How to return an item
- Contact us on +961 3 145 123 or at hello@croshina.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Tell us your order number and which item you’d like to return.
- We’ll confirm the details and arrange the return with you.
Condition of returned items
Please send the item back as you received it, with its packaging if you still have it. If you’re not sure whether something can be returned, ask us first and we’ll let you know.
Refunds
When we arrange your return, we’ll also agree with you how and when you’ll be refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can — a photo helps. We’ll sort it out with you.
